The ARTSpace to host yoga event this weekend in Pine Bluff
Pine Bluff, Arkansas – The ARTSpace on Main (ASOM) opens its doors to yoga enthusiasts and those looking for a moment of tranquility amidst their hectic lives. On Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, the serene ambiance of the Loft Gallery at 623 S. Main St. will be transformed into a haven for yoga practice.
An Afternoon of Yoga and Meditation
From 1:30-3 p.m., the renowned certified yoga instructor, FloEssence, will guide participants through an invigorating hour of yoga. This session promises to be more than just physical postures as it will conclude with a guided meditation, ensuring attendees leave feeling both physically rejuvenated and mentally refreshed. Both newcomers to yoga and seasoned practitioners are encouraged to join.
The session is part of the ASC’s Flex Pay program, suggesting a payment of $15. Furthermore, Yoga in the Loft is a recurring event, taking place every third Saturday of the month.

Although ASOM provides yoga mats, participants have the option to bring their own. Attendees are kindly reminded to wear appropriate attire for yoga.
