Authorities make an arrest in the Pine Bluff Sunday shooting
Pine Bluff, Arkansas – Pine Bluff residents were left in shock following a Sunday afternoon shooting, and the police have been working relentlessly to bring the culprits to justice.
The incident, as recounted by Officials with the Pine Bluff Police Department, took place around 12:30 p.m. in an area on Belmoor Drive. The community faced a heart-wrenching revelation on Monday when the victim was identified: 33-year-old Racheal Crouch was killed in that shooting. Her demise painted a chilling picture, as Crouch was found in the passenger’s seat of a vehicle alongside a man who had been shot in the driver’s seat. The gravity of the situation deepened with the news that the male victim remains in critical condition.
In a significant breakthrough for the case, authorities have made headway in their search for the perpetrator. Authorities said that the 24-year-old Daniel Cuthbertson has been located and arrested in connection with the shooting. His capture marks a pivotal moment, as he will be booked into the Jefferson County Jail for Murder.
